B-BBEE is a cycle, not a year-end scramble
One financial year of measurement, four stages and eleven interventions — from the scorecard plan built before the year starts, through implementation and a mid-year check, to a verified certificate with no surprises. Click any stage, any intervention or the centre to explore.
Why a circle? The certificate is valid for twelve months, so the day it is issued the next cycle has already started. Planning in Q4, implementing through the year, checking at the half-way mark and verifying properly at year-end is what turns a compliance exercise into a level you can defend.
